We invite researchers, academics, and industry practitioners to submit original and high-quality papers for presentation at the conference. The Call for Papers welcomes contributions that showcase innovative research, emerging trends, and practical applications aligned with the conference theme. Submissions should demonstrate originality, technical rigor, and relevance to the conference tracks. All accepted papers will undergo a peer-review process and will be presented to a reputed audience, providing a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Author Guidelines

The submitted papers should follow the standard IEEE conference format. Information regarding the formatting and other details could be obtained from the link below. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished work. All submissions will be checked for plagiarism.

  1. The maximum length of a paper is 4-6 pages.
  2. To enable the Double-blind review process, remove the author information (name, affiliations, email), personal acknowledgements and grant information in the initial manuscript.
  3. The manuscript should be prepared using double column format in A4 size. The paper submission template (IEEE double-column) can be found at:

  4. All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through a software and the papers with significant similarity scores will be rejected without review.

  6. The Microsoft CMT service used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure Cloud Services as well as for software development and support.
  7. Final submission PDF file must be IEEE Xplore compliant.
